Property Officer (Single residential building)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in providing quality property management services day to day in a single residential property;
• Manage good relationship with residents; communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner;
• Assist to manage the performance of contractors to provide quality maintenance & cleaning services, make sure in compliance with the related ordinance;
• Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management;
• Attend regular meetings, prepare general daily reports and administrative duties;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder of Property Management or related discipline;
• Holder of PMP Tier 1 / Tier 2 License is a must;
• Minimum 3 years solid supervising experience in single residential or industrial building;
• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, Security and Guarding Laws;
• Presentable, independent, with excellent communication skills is an advantages;
• Strong sense of responsibilities and work under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more property management experience will be consider as Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager.
