Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the residential properties managed by the Corporation
  • Assist to manage the performance of contractor to provide quality services
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from residents, prepare annual budgets, organise and attend meetings of the Owners' Committees / Owners' Corporation
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Surveying / Facilities Management or a membership of a recognised professional qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience; OR
  • Higher Diploma with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.
  • Possession of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 2) Licence is preferrable.
  • Strong interpersonal skill in dealing with residents, the Owners' Organization and the public
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese as well as hands-on experience in Microsoft Office.
