Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including liaising with tenants, coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct regular property inspections and document findings
  • Provide administrative support, such as processing applications, preparing lease documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely rent collection
  • Attend meetings of the Incorporated Owners
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in a real estate or property management role, preferably in the residential and commercial sector
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in property management
  • Diploma / Certificate in Property, Facility, Housing, Estate Management, or related disciplines
