Responsibilities:
• To carrying out property management functions including cleaning, security, maintenance and customer service with high quality
• To lead and supervise the operation staff, monitor the performance of contractors
• To handle complaint and emergency cases
• To prepare documents and reports
Requirements:
• Holder of Higher Diploma or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in portfolio management
• Holder of PMP License (Tier 2) is a must
• Knowledge of ISO standards will be an advantage
• Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
