Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in daily property operation and management works;
  • To handle clients inquires and deliver quality service;
  • To monitor contractor’s work and manage daily property operations including  cleaning and security teams;
  • To attend meetings of the Incorporated Owners
  • To organize property activities; and
  • To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors / To perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Holder of PMP (Tier 1) / (Tier 2) License;
  • Diploma in property management or related disciplines;
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in property management, preferably with experience in a portfolio of residential buildings;
  • Mature, independent and able to work under pressure;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
  • Proficient in computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
