Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily building operations to ensure high service standards and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise in-house staff, carry out vendor management, ensuring smooth execution of both soft and hard services and building improvement works.
  • Maintain and update all documentation including but not limited to fit-out guidelines, house rules, contract master, licenses, PPM schedule etc.
  • Prepare annual budgets for building management and capital expenditure.
  • Manage tendering processes for improvement works and regular maintenance.
  • Liaise with tenants and contractors on fit-out works, monitor progress, and resolve irregularities.
  • Responsible for tenants’ move-in, move-out activities and reinstatement sworks etc.
  • Handle tenant service requests, complaints, and emergency situations promptly.
  • Recommend improvements in staff quality, facilities, and building infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of ESG is advantage


Requirements

  • Degree or above in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
  • Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License; with EAA License is an advantage.
  • Competent knowledge of Building Management Ordinance and related regulations.
  • Solid  experience in technical support of building infrastructure (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems) is an advantage
  • Solid experience in office renovation & minor project work is an advantage
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in property management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Good with timeline and follow ups. Tenant facing service, and contractor management.
  • Familiar with simple accounts for AR and AP.  For rental and budgeting
