Property Manager

Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ working experience in property management of which at least 5 years in supervisory capacity
• Experience in managing portfolio of commercial and residential properties
• Holder of MCIH/MHKIH
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) License
• Have property management experience in property developer is preferable
• Well-versed with the DMC and BMO
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong leadership, good interpersonal skills, and proactive coordination with team members
