Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring the management portfolio operation for company;
- Implement company management policies, such as Building Management Ordinance (BMO) - Cap 344, 626 & 460, etc, security policies, regulations, rules;
- Familiar with DMC & operation of Owners Organisation;
- Required to hire new members for the staff and delegate tasks and duties to them;
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills;
- Drive & develop initiatives to enhance the Company’s marketing strategies to achieve business goals;
- Assist to design & implement business plan to expand Company’s Client base and ensure its strong presence.
- Degree Holder in Property Management or related disciplines with minimum 10 years’ of relevant experience;
- Holding a property management practitioner licence (Tier 1);
- Relevant professional qualification in Housing Management such as MHKIH, MCIH, MHKIS, MRICS;
- Experience of Business Development in property management is an advantage;
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese;
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
- Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable;
- Having good knowledge of security environments and hazards;
- Being able to work under pressure and with a team.
