Project Supervisor

Main Purpose of role:

Report to Project Manager, responsible for site supervision, coordination with client and contractor for Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Network Structure cabling project installation in construction project

Core Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• To supervise in project operation, cost and quotation analysis, quality control and logistic to fulfill the tight time line set;
  
  

• To liaise with customers, designers, sub-contractors and venders;
  
  

• To monitor and supervise all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Network Structure cabling project;
  
  

• To liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;

To prepare system drawings including layout drawing, Installation details, plant room details, etc. as well as equipment and individual preparation and submission for approval and procurement;

Attend the official and site meeting;

Requirements:

• University graduate / High Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  
  

• At least 8 years or above relevant working experience with not less than 3 years in projects management, specialize in ELV Systems.  Experiences in Structured Cabling System and IT Network will be an advantage

Excellent project management skills

Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Power Point etc.

Mature, self-motivated, well-organized, independent and willing to work under pressure

Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English

Outdoor work is required (e.g. site inspection and supervision)
