Project Manager - Software Development (Automotive Projects)

About the Position:

We are looking for a Project Manager that specialize in Software Development projects to work on upcoming Automotive projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Software Project Management

• Define development scope of each software release/delivery to meet internal/external software needs
• Develop software development plans with core project team members to complete project tasks on time
• Ensure smooth communication between various teams, ensure information consistency, organize and coordinate teams, and solve software-related problems
• Manage and control the software development process to ensure that the software is developed in accordance with the company's standard processes;
• Responsible for software release, including related document release, and promoting and tracking relevant personnel to complete release-related tasks;
• Project engineering change management: Manage and control project engineering changes to ensure that project engineering change goals are met or exceeded.

2.Software Integration

• Provide and ensure that the software development team develops new projects on the correct base projects;
• Integrate software components into target software with required functionality;
• Coordinate relevant teams to complete necessary integration testing;
• Provide the correct software version for project releases, engineering milestones or other needs.

 3. Project Status Reporting

• Conduct regular project status reports with project-related personnel, including progress, quality, risk, resource reporting, etc.

 Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or Electronic/Electrical Engineering;
• 3+ years experience in software project management under Agile development
• Experience with Automotive related projects will be an advantage;
• Experience with ASPICE will be highly preferred;
• Knowledge in Cyber Security will be an advantage;
• Fluent in English.
