Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the smart office implementation of office renovation or relocation project.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including presales consultant and external vendors.
  • Oversee the deployment of smart technologies such as access control, IoT sensors, room booking systems, meeting room AV solutions.
  • Manage vendor including performance and service quality monitoring during implementation
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure user adoption and smooth transition to the new workspace
  • Prepare documentation including project plan, work-breakdown schedule, project meeting minutes and deliverables documents.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and project sponsors


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is preferrable
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in smart office or workplace technology projects.
  • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of smart office solutions, workplace IoT, and ELV solutions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
