Project Manager

Jobs Duties:

1. Responsible to measure the maintenance cost of a small size of building work, regarding the measurement contract to draft a quotation to the clients;
2. According to the quotation content to plan & arrange labour & material to finish the maintenance works;
3. Basic knowledge of using AutoCAD or Sketch up to draft a drawing.

職位職責:

1. 負責量度成本(已落成樓宇的小型維修項目)，然後跟據(measurement contract) 計算並提交報價給業主;
2. 跟據報價內容，計劃與安排適當物料及人手去完成維修工作;
3. 懂運用AutoCAD 或 Sketch up 去表達維修項目。

Requirements:

1. Diploma in in Civil / Building Engineering or equivalent;
2. 5 years' relevant experience in building works;
3. Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills.

要求:

1. 土木工程／建築工程文憑或同等學歷;
2. 5年建築工程相關經驗;
3. 能夠獨立工作，成熟且具有良好的解決問題的能力。
