Project Manager

To cope with rapid expansion in the Great China region, we are recruiting capable talent to join us.

• Key elements of the job will involve:
• Manage and monitor development on application systems and solutions using in brokerage industry, including but not limited to OMS, CRM, Online Account Opening, Market Data, Mobile APP, Settlement, etc…
• Conduct requirement capture, studies, and analysis.
• Provide support and clear direction to Product Team and Development Team to ensure the quality deliverables meet the expectations of business needs.
• Co-ordinate with in-house technical team in HK and Shenzhen.
• Co-ordinate with solution vendors.
• Manage team to deliver function and operation manuals.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan, resources plan to monitor and track project progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Consult and Create UAT test scenario and plans and lead the UAT execution to ensure the deliverables meet business needs and its quality.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Virtual asset trading knowledge.

The ideal candidate should be a :

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in financial industry
• Familiar with system development life cycle, Agile methodology, Feature-driven development.
• Familiar with brokerage industry.
• Strong project management, people management, influencing and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (Cantonese, Putonghua, English).
