Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for application and system implementations, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Oversee vendor management activities, including selection, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Drive the planning and execution of mobile device deployments and hotel opening projects across regional and remote locations.
- Manage project budgets and financials, including cost estimation, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply best practices in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, ITIL) to ensure process efficiency and repeatability.
- Utilize ServiceNow and service design principles to enhance service delivery and customer experience, where applicable.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of gaming-related systems or projects, if required.
- Over 8 years of proven experience in project and vendor management related to application development and implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in mobile device deployment, hotel opening projects or regional/remote project management
- Strong budget management skills with experience in cost estimation, tracking, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, Agile, and ITIL certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow and service design is a plus.
- Familiarity with gaming systems or gaming-related projects is an advantage.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a high level of accountability.
