Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the delivery of large-scale financial system projects. Lead business requirement analysis and financial process solution design to ensure alignment with the client’s financial objectives.
- Be responsible for the development and management of project and consulting teams. Foster a culture of efficient collaboration, allocate resources appropriately, and drive the parallel execution of multiple projects.
- Maintain long-term strategic client relationships with financial executives, gain in-depth understanding of business needs, enhance client satisfaction, support upselling and business expansion, and assist in pre-sales solution design and feasibility assessment.
Collaborate with mainland China and global teams to ensure project methodology alignment and knowledge sharing, and regularly report project progress and team performance to the Hong Kong management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Information System or related disciplines.
- CPA, ACCA, PMP certification is an advantage.
- Experience in large-scale ERP project management or implementation is preferred.
- Familiar with ERP products such as SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, etc.
- Good communication skills, self-motivated and customer oriented.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
