Project Manager (AI & Data)

We are an ambitious AI & Data Team committed to delivering exceptional data solutions and services. We are actively seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team.

As a Project Manager specializing in AI and Data projects, you will play a vital role in project delivery process to control timeline, budget, requirements, change management, etc.  You will work closely with our data team members to extract insights, solve complex problems, and drive innovation in our data solutions.

【Job Duties】

• Independently manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to scope. Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional, global, and virtual project teams. Directly manage and supervise staff, delegating tasks and monitoring progress to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Expertise in project management, planning, and implementation, including risk management strategies.
• Ensure client business requirements are thoroughly understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business processes, data, and relevant applications to inform project decisions.
• Coordinate and lead a diverse team, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct and facilitate project kick-off meetings, milestone reviews, and client engagements, fostering open communication and trust.
• Develop and refine implementation processes, leveraging industry best practices and your own expertise.

【Requirements】

• Certified with PMP, PSM, or a related project management certification.
• Proven experience in delivering AI and data-related projects, with a track record of successful stakeholder management and team leadership.
• Mastery of project management methodologies, tools, and templates, including but not limited to project planning, scheduling, scope management, and cost control techniques.
• Demonstrated customer focus and a commitment to delivering on promises, building trust with clients and stakeholders.
• IT background with a comprehensive understanding of the systems development life cycle, including experience in project phases such as planning, initiation, elaboration, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Proficiency in industry-standard project management methods, tools, and techniques, such as RAIDS, budgeting, and effective communication strategies.
• Excellent team collaboration skills, able to work effectively with matrixed client teams, suppliers, and virtual teams across different geographical locations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, including negotiation abilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• A leader in the application of IT methodologies, processes, and standards for project management, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.
