Project Executive (SSwagger)

Key Duties:

• Responsible for initiating project ideas, executing action plans in Sswagger Team 
• Manage resources, helpers/freelancers and coordinate all related parties in task completion and achieve project goals / deliverables
• Work closely with sales on sales project pitching, develop and implement right strategies to assist sales on business expansion
• Coordinate with different parties including freelance/vendor, to ensure smooth operations including working out production and post-production details, and organizing and coordinating appointments and meetings
• Oversee post-production efforts, including video editing, enhancements, and finalization;
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Characters / Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree holder in Digital Marketing, Media or related discipline 
• At least 2 years solid experience in project management in design/advertising agency, digital marketing, and corporate communications is preferred
• Good presentation & client servicing skills 
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
