Project Executive / Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate and implement elderly service programs to meet organization mission.
• Handle applications, enquiries and complaints under the project
• Maintain and update applications' data
• Build and maintain good relationships with donors and partners including mentors, institutions, partners etc.
• Initiate and funding applications/bidding proposals.
• Prepare program related work as required by supervisor.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent.
• 2-3 years or above relevant experiences, preferably in education or NGOs.
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Putonghua).
• Proficient in computer application including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated, mature, able to work under pressure, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work overtime with tight schedule, sometimes work on Public Holiday is required.
• Passionate about elderly services development and enjoy team work.
