Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a talented and organised Project Assistant to join our team at Luxury Concept Limited in our Kowloon Bay office. This is a full-time role that will play a key support function within our production, planning and scheduling team. As Project Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth running of our projects.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining project schedules and timelines, tracking project milestones and deadlines
• Assisting with the preparation of samples, presentations and other order documentation
• Liaising with internal design team and external vendors to coordinate project activities

• Supporting the implementation and tracking of project workflows and processes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a project support role
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
