Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Project Manager and work with project coordination team
  • Coordinate office administration, tender submission and document compilation
  • Assist ongoing government project coordination and management
  • Support powerpoint and documentation writing
  • Support R&D funding application and submission
  • Support sales and marketing works
  Qualification Requirements:
  • Higher diploma in office administration, IT or related disciplines
  • 1 year project coordination working experience
  • Willing to learn and working in evolving high-technology company
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Proficient in compiling powerpoint presentation and good English document writing
  • Immediate available
  • Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
