Project Co-ordinator II (carrying the job title of ‘Assistant Manager of Learning Centres, SCS’) (Tsim Sha Tsui Learning Centres) (Ref. 250001L7) (Closing date: Sep 23, 2025)

The School of Continuing and Professional Studies (CUSCS), founded in 1965, is a self-financing extension unit of the University with its mission to provide quality lifelong education to community members of all ages. The School offers a wide variety of full-time and part-time post-secondary, professional and continuing education programmes, general courses and corporate training courses in diversified disciplines.  CUSCS now invites applications for the post of Project Co-ordinator II to provide support to the operation and development of the School’s Tsim Sha Tsui Learning Centres and general administrative matters.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Facility Management or a related discipline; (ii) at least 2 years of solid post-qualification executive, service management and/or administrative experience, preferably with work experience at tertiary institutions; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (iv) strong analytical ability and organisational skills; and (v) excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, self-initiative and self-motivation. Experience in facility management and event management will be advantageous.  Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
