Responsibilities:

Prepare documents and handle ad hoc tasks to support IT projects and operations

Coordination works related to projects, and tasks assigned by senior

Arrange meetings and prepare meeting minutes

Frequently work at customer's site
Requirements:

Degree or Higher Diploma in any disciplines
-
At least 1 years’ working experience
-
Careful, good communication and analytical skills, team player, self-motivated
-
Proficiency in Cantonese and written English
-
Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
-
Willing to work at different sites
