Job Description

Project Coordinator - Events Construction - Hong Kong 

As a Project Coordinator you will be working closely with the Lead Project Manager in planning and coordinating events setup.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Follow up client enquiries and prepare quotations accordingly
  • Assist in tender document preparation, and any paperwork required for project purposes
  • Participate in meetings and draft minutes
  • Provide immediate assistance to Lead Project Manager on ad hoc basis e.g. vendor/supplier selection, cost analysis, procurement, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder from any discipline
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience preferred
  • Strong communication, reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese
  • Fast learner, attentive to details, team player mindset
