About us

TY Properties Development is a growing real estate development company dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable properties in Japan, specifically focused in BnB developments under the Japan tourism industry.  We are committed to excellence in every project we undertake, and we are looking for a motived Project Assistant to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong head office.

Qualifications & experience 

  • Minimum 1-year relevant experience in project coordination
  • Graduated with Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills and able to prioritize tasks
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Mature to work independently, well-organized, detail-minded
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and sense of urgency
  • Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantage

Tasks & responsibilities 

  • Customer liaison - build up relationships with the customers at all levels and be a reliable point of contact
  • Provide administrative support to overseas partners / investors
  • Liaise with local and overseas clients on all kind of documents follow up
  • Manage project submissions and correspondences to and from customers
  • Monitor the progress of oversea projects and prepare reports to supervisor
  • Liaising on a regular basis to obtain various information for Project Team / Japan Team and A/C
