(Assistant) Production Manager

Job Description:

• Plan, manage and coordinate daily production efficiently and effectively.
• Control the production cost and allocate the resources precisely and effectively.
• Participate in product innovation and planning, production, and forecasting.
• Lead the production department to achieve the company's production and sales goals.
• Maintain optimal sanitary and safety by inspecting and monitoring the workflow and working area.
• Develop and implement quality management programs.
• Deliver solid operational performance in safe and quality manners (HACCP, ISO22000).
• Take responsibility for handling customer complaints and correcting problems.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High diploma or above in Food Science or equivalent.
• Good in both Chinese and English (Written and Spoken).
• Strong PC skills, well versed in Microsoft applications, Chinese word processing and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge in quality and hygiene system, e.g. HACCP, ISO22000.
• Good communication skills and team player and leader.
• At least 3 years of experience in Food Production Industry, 1 years of management experience.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Production Manager.
