Production Engineer (Shift/264 hours per month)

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor production operations during shifts through the central computer in the control room;

2. Responsible for compiling production data and generating reports;

3. Coordinate with shift supervisors to maintain factory safety and cleanliness, ensuring the smooth completion of production plans;

4. Provide technical supervision for production facilities and assist in resolving process or analytical issues;

5. Responsible for material handling, loading, and unloading;

6.    Handle the use of oil pipelines and storage tanks for loading and unloading;

7.    Perform basic equipment maintenance, such as filter cleaning, heat exchanger cleaning (disassembly and assembly), and pump repairs (leak repairs);

8.    Assist the shift supervisor in managing a team composed of technicians and operators;

9.    Provide timely and accurate work feedback to senior management, including progress, achievements, and issues;

10.    Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirement

1.    Associate degree or higher in chemical engineering;

2.    1-2 years of work experience in a chemical plant; outstanding recent graduates may also be considered;

3.    Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills, fluent in Cantonese, and proficient in using Office software;

4.    Basic knowledge of chemical handling and factory safety operations, strong safety awareness and discipline; 

5.    Basic understanding of factory equipment (such as pumps, furnaces, compressors, storage tanks, reactors, etc.); able to read and understand P&I diagrams;  

6.    Physical work is required;  

7.    Day and Night Shift duty is required. 

Working Details and Benefits

1. Working hours : Day Shift : 08:30-20:30 ; Night Shift 20:30-08:30 , 22 days * 12 hours per month

2. Working location :  Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
