Position Overview:
We are seeking a Product Manager focused on business efficiency and data-driven strategies. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and optimizing our internal business operations platform, using technological and systematic approaches to comprehensively enhance the efficiency of the marketing team in areas such as lead management, sales collaboration, content asset operations, data analysis, automated processes, and user operations, providing a solid and reliable platform for business growth.
Core Responsibilities:
Demand Insight and Strategy Planning:
- Engage closely with front-line marketing operations, collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to deeply understand business pain points, workflows, and efficiency bottlenecks, and develop a clear product roadmap for the platform.
Product Design and Lifecycle Management:
- Responsible for demand analysis, PRD writing, and prototype design for product modules related to the operations platform (e.g., CRM/SCRM systems, marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), data dashboards, internal collaboration processes).
- Lead the entire process of product functionality from concept, development, testing to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Efficiency Improvement and Process Optimization:
- Identify and drive opportunities for optimizing and automating business processes, using productized solutions to reduce operational costs, minimize human errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Design and implement a business data monitoring and analysis system, using data dashboards and event tracking to measure platform functionality and identify new optimization points based on data, driving product iterations and business decisions.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, efficiently collaborating with R&D, design, and data departments, clearly conveying requirements, and jointly promoting project implementation.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Over 3 years of experience in B2B product or business support platform products, with preference for experience in CRM, ERP, OA, data platforms, customer service ticket systems, etc.
Core Competencies:
Strong Business Sense: Ability to quickly understand business needs, with abstract and process-oriented thinking to convert vague business pain points into clear product solutions.
Systematic Thinking and Logical Ability: Skilled in handling complex systems and processes, ensuring that designed product solutions consider user experience, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Data-Driven: Excellent data analysis skills, able to define problems and assess results using data. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and other tools is a plus.
Project Management and Communication: Outstanding cross-departmental communication and project management skills, capable of effectively managing project priorities and expectations.
Technical Understanding: Ability to communicate smoothly with technical personnel and a basic understanding of common technical architectures and API concepts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Analysis, or related fields.
