Product Manager

Job Description

• Define solutions scope, offer, and SLA for lead and project
• Support and monitor the ongoing performance of project
• Keep current with operational knowledge / skills and maintain the teams to perform quality service
• Support Product, Project & Customer Service teams when required
• Perform the ad-hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements 

• 2 yrs. experience or above in product development
• Working with cross-functional departments
• Product skills with ability to drive performance management
• Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Ability to multi-task, customer-oriented and result-oriented
• Good time management and problem-solving skill
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
