Responsibilities
 

• Responsible for the purchase order processing
• Checking the packaging artwork with the design department
• Collaborate with the design department for the internal newsletter
• Quotation and sample follow-up, and conducting the product evaluation test
• Communicate with external suppliers to manage partnerships, negotiate prices, purchase terms and deliverables
• Execute ad-hoc projects & tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Occasional travel to the suppliers' China factories

• Knowledge of electronics products or mobile phones is a definite advantage
  

Requirements
 

• Holder of a high diploma or bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, including Mandarin
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Self-motivated and working independently
• Able to work under pressure and as a team player
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
