Presales Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Assist sales in providing presales technical support and delivering product demonstrations to clients

• Handle technical Pre-Sales role for customer meeting, POC, proposal writing, support enquiries of Sales Team

• Communicate and liaise with service partners, suppliers and customers

• Prepare project plans, documentations and any other deliverables

• Work with Service and R&D team to provide solutions to customers

Requirements :

• Diploma / Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline

• At least 2 years related working experience

• Knowledge in general networking including TCP/IP, switches, routers, and firewalls

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems

• Self-motivated, willing to lean, flexible and sensitive to clients’ needs and concerns

• Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed

• Strong in problem solving, design, analytical skills and able to work independently

• Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Candidates with less qualification and working experience will also be considered
