*Power Platform/ OutSystems* Low-Code Programmer/ Software Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team to ensure timely completion of assignments and high-quality IT management services.
• Collaborate with business users, IT vendors, and contractors to gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee system implementation, including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Prioritize tasks effectively while working with IT vendors and contractors at various levels.
• Assist the Systems Manager with project planning and budgeting activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT management.
• Proficient in managing the following systems and activities:
  1. Document/knowledge management platforms, such as SharePoint Online and Office 365.
  2. Low Code Development platforms, including Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft SharePoint, and Power BI.
  3. Microsoft .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle Database.
  4. Web and mobile application development.
  5. Software requirement management and vendor delivery management.
  6. Software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
• Effective vendor management skills.
