Project governance and standards

• Define and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Establish a project governance framework to guide projects.
• Ensure projects follow company policies and procedures.

• Oversee the entire project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives and managing resource allocation to maximize value.
• Ensure all projects align with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Evaluate project proposals and monitor overall portfolio performance.

• Monitor project progress and track deliverables to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Analyze financial data, including budgets and resource allocation, for all projects.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Report project performance, budget outlines, and financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient communication and information flow between departments.
• Maintain documentation of project history for future reference.

• Bachelor's degree holder from a globally renowned university
• At least 8 years of proven experience gained from large companies, with solid business PMO exposure
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
