Job Description

  • Handle purchasing and order processing
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating, including purchase orders and all related incoming & outgoing documents
  • QC Inspection planning and scheduling
  • Ensure smooth order processes & accurate order fulfilment with ERP system
  • Organize and follow-up logistics
  • Perform regular stock take in warehouse to ensure stock levels are in line with ERP system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in supply chain / planning / purchasing
  • Proficient in MS office, excel, and experience in using Netsuite is an advantage
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Well organized, responsible, hardworking, good patience
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem solver
  • Knowledge of watches and jewelries is an advantage but not necessary
