Job Description
- Handle purchasing and order processing
- Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating, including purchase orders and all related incoming & outgoing documents
- QC Inspection planning and scheduling
- Ensure smooth order processes & accurate order fulfilment with ERP system
- Organize and follow-up logistics
- Perform regular stock take in warehouse to ensure stock levels are in line with ERP system
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in supply chain / planning / purchasing
- Proficient in MS office, excel, and experience in using Netsuite is an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Well organized, responsible, hardworking, good patience
- Strong analytical skills and a problem solver
- Knowledge of watches and jewelries is an advantage but not necessary
