Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support & Administration:
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments etc
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, report etc.
2. Training & Development Coordination:
- Assist the CEO in developing, coordinating, and training programs for the team.
- Help prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals.
- Track training participation and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of programs.
3. Business Operations Support:
- Support the CEO in tracking KPIs and preparing operational reports.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation.
- Liaise with different departments to communicated and followed up on.
4. Special Projects & Travel:
- Be available to travel domestically and internationally, as required, to support the CEO at meetings, industry events, and other business engagements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an executive support, administrative, or operational role.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
