Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to CEO in both business and personal matters
  • Perform all rounded duties in Admin function
  • Organize daily schedules and itinerary
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties
  • Manage phone, mail and email correspondence
  • Handle confidential matters with a high degree of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Deal with other ad hoc issues as assigned

Essential Qualities

  • Degree / High Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Over 5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good interpersonal skills and well-organized
