Job Description

  • Provide all‐rounded administrative, secretarial, family, and personal support to the CEO
  • Manage schedules and travel arrangements of the CEO
  • Travel with CEO on both domestic & overseas business trips
  • Assist with administrative support, including scheduling meetings, filing and retrieving documents, organising departmental functions, preparing presentation materials, drafting emails and letters, preparing meeting agenda and minutes, etc.
  • Maintain good communication with both internal and external parties on personal and business‐related matters
  • Handle correspondences and presentation materials
  • Handle any ad‐hoc duties as assigned
  • Hardworking, flexible working hours, discreet and honest
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Must know how to drive in Hong Kong; valid HK driver’s license required

Requirements:

  • University degree with over 3 years of solid secretarial and administrative experience
  • Good multi‐tasking and time management skills
  • Mandarin & Cantonese speaking and writing ability; good command of English
  • Mature, proactive, tactful, independent, reliable, detail‐oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational, communications, interpersonal and liaison skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Willing to travel when necessary
  • Willing to stand by when necessary
  • Immediate availability is a plus
