Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of the Organization & Department Heads to implement Internal & External communication programmes
- Develop content for the Internal Affair’s social media platforms
- Support the planning and execution of corporate branding such as organize corporate events, media and publicity activities
- Produce publicity and multi-media materials
- Assist in promoting relationships with external stakeholders, such as government departments, industry bodies and clienteles
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Department Heads
Key Entry Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Internal or External Affairs
- Strong Chinese and English writing skills, and proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
- Experience in managing corporate social media platforms and knowledge in the Customer Service industry would be an advantage
- Proactive, innovative, multi-tasking and able to deliver quality output within tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws an added advantage
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
