We're a rapidly growing bot detection (cybersecurity) startup based in Hong Kong, with international management and international clients.
We're looking for a part-time personal assistant / account manager to help the founder with his day to day tasks, and assist with account management (ensuring our existing clients are happy).
This is a part-time role, working a half day (2pm - 6pm), Monday to Friday.
The position is broad, with the goal of freeing up the founder's time so he can focus on his core duties.
You need to be a positive person, good communicator, willing to learn, honest, and strive for high standards.
Example tasks will include:
- Dealing with the Hong Kong government regarding financial support and other grants.
- Researching and arranging meetings, conferences, training.
- Running errands such as bringing documents to lawyers and accountants.
- Communicating with stakeholders and other parties of interest.
- E-mailing and video calling with customers.
- Attending networking events.
- And whatever else is required day to day.
Training will be provided as needed.
The role can be as broad as you want, with the ability to learn the various aspects of the business.
We're an English speaking office, so you need decent English.
