Job Description

For this role, we’re looking for a reliable and committed individual to join our team on a long-term, stable basis in a part-time capacity. This role involves supporting the company with a variety of tasks depending on our needs.

You’ll be expected to work at least 4 hours per week and up to 64 hours per month, depending on workload. Work will take place at our office in San Po Kong (just a short walk from Diamond Hill MTR Station).

We’re looking for someone who:

    Can commit to this part-time role for the long term
    Is flexible and confident in handling a wide range of duties (e.g. HR support, office administration, billing, research etc.)
    Is detail-oriented and organized
    Acts with integrity and professionalism
    Is a quick learner on new computer software
    Is proficient in Chinese and English writing and typing
    Is proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
