Job Description

IT Support Duties :

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems with laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Assist with user account management, including setup and permissions in Microsoft 365.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting for connectivity.
  • Set up audiovisual (AV) equipment for meetings and presentations.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions in the internal knowledge base.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with the processing of invoices: receiving, verifying, and preparing for payment.
  • Provide support to the management team with data entry, report preparation, and scheduling.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings and company events.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
  • Prior experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, or invoice processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 Suite (Office, Outlook).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient, user-focused approach.
  • Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively during scheduled shifts.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
