Job Description
IT Support Duties :
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot problems with laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with user account management, including setup and permissions in Microsoft 365.
- Install, configure, and update software applications
- Perform basic network troubleshooting for connectivity.
- Set up audiovisual (AV) equipment for meetings and presentations.
- Document technical procedures and solutions in the internal knowledge base.
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with the processing of invoices: receiving, verifying, and preparing for payment.
- Provide support to the management team with data entry, report preparation, and scheduling.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings and company events.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Prior experience with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, or invoice processing.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 Suite (Office, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a patient, user-focused approach.
- Superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively during scheduled shifts.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
