Part-time Education Centre Teaching assistant and receiptionist

Due to business growth of our Kowloon City Centre, we are seeking a teaching assistant in support our teams.

Expected be able to work 12 hours - 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the centre
• Assisting in daily class operation and classroom equipment
• Perform administrative duties such as preparing teaching materials, filing, photocopying, organizing booking and data input (Chinese character data input)
• Prepare playgroup teaching material together with playgroup tutors
• Answer customer inquires in a polite and professional manner
• Handle application procedure and school fees
• Weekday working hours: 3 pm - 7 pm. Negotiable weekend working hours.
• Be aware of need to be attend to playgroup classes during public holidays in some occasions.
• Be able to speak, read and write Chinese

Requirements:

• Candidate with kindergarten working experiences are highly preferred
• At least higher diploma educated
• Priority will be given to graduated or student with major in early childhood education
• Patient, cheerful, caring, punctual, willing to listen, punctual and mature
• Familiar with MS Words and EXCEL
• Preferable can attend at least 3 day a week
• Negotiable weekdays minimum 4 hours a day between 3 pm to 7 pm
