Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficiency in the running of the daily reception duties, such as handling incoming calls, greeting guests, vendors and candidates
  • Handle all-round office administrative work and support, such as packaging and courier, etc.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated or above
  • With administrative experience is an advantage
  • Proactive, initiative and willing to learn
  • Attention to detail, well organized and good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
  • Able to work for 2-3 days per week (from Mon to Fri) except public holiday
