Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage a vehicle fleet and coordinate route plan
  • Deploy manpower effectively
  • Liaise and coordinate with colleagues and clients
  • Assist Division Head on other administrative matters

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Transportation / Business / Marketing is preferred
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in car hiring or vehicle fleet management
  • Good planning, communication and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Holder of driving Licence No.1 (Private Car) and No.2 (Light Goods Vehicle) is preferred
  • Candidate with less experience may also be considered

Working Hours:

On shift Mon – Sun (including Sat, Sun, and public holidays; WFH for Afternoon shift).

入職要求:

  • 持文憑學歷或以上,具運輸/商業/市場營銷學位獲優先考慮
  • 至少2年相關工作經驗,擁有汽車出租或車隊管理經驗更佳
  • 擅長策劃,並有良好的人員管理和溝通技巧
  • 熟悉MS Office 及中文輸入
  • 良好的中、英文書寫能力
  • 持有1號(私家車)及2號(輕型貨車)駕駛執照者獲優先考慮
  • 經驗較少者也可獲考慮

工作時間:

星期一至日輪更、輪班(包括星期六、星期日、公眾假期;在家辦公,下午班可在家工作)。
