1. Regional Sales and Production Coordination

   • Lead meetings to coordinate sales and production at the regional level.
   • Provide ATP (Available to Promise) based on demand forecasts.
   • Identify gaps between supply and demand, and propose strategies and supply plans.
   • Work with regional marketing to create consensus forecasts.
   • Develop regional S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) plans for company-level input.

2. Supply Planning Development and Optimization

   • Create executable supply commitments (ATP) based on sales forecasts and supply capacity assessments.
   • Optimize supply plans, adjusting quickly to changes in demand, capacity, or supply interruptions.

3. Medium and Long-term Capacity Planning

   • Assess medium and long-term capacity needs using market trends, sales forecasts, and supply resources.
   • Develop capacity planning proposals.
   • Create capacity allocation models to optimize utilization and delivery efficiency across factories.

4. Supplier Delivery Management and Coordination

   • Monitor supplier delivery KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and manage performance assessments.
   • Lead coordination meetings with key suppliers, managing their ATP and overall delivery performance.
   • Oversee supplier inventory management (including finished goods and materials) and track progress on slow-moving inventory solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in supply chain management. Certifications like CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
• A comprehensive understanding of the supply chain and the ability to design effective capacity planning and allocation solutions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of driving collaboration across organizations.
