Operations & Tutor Management Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Tutor Management Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth daily operations, effective tutor coordination, and seamless student support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lesson Coordination: Send daily reminders for scheduled lessons and ensure timely communication with tutors and students.

•⁠ ⁠Examination Management: Arrange exams, compile and distribute reports.

•⁠ ⁠Class Reporting: Maintain and oversee the organization of class reports.

•⁠ ⁠Database Management: Manage and update student information and the system database.

•⁠ ⁠Scheduling & Logistics: Input lesson schedules, manage room bookings, and set up Zoom meetings.

•⁠ ⁠Financial Administration: Handle payment processing, invoicing, and finance transaction reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Tutor Support: Monitor tutor availability, handle communications, and confirm schedules with tutors.

Job Requirements

Education: A recognized bachelor’s degree or above.

Experience : Previous experience in operations, administrative support, or education management is preferred.

Skills :

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Google Workspace

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

•⁠ ⁠A good team player with a detail-mind, adaptability and flexibility.

Working Conditions:

•⁠ ⁠12 Annual Leaves

•⁠ ⁠Medical insurance

Working hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00-19:00, 5 days / week (4 days between Mondays and Fridays plus Saturdays)
