Job Responsibilities:
As a critical member of our operations team, you’ll ensure seamless system performance and exceptional customer support. Your day-to-day will include:
Own end-to-end resolution of customer inquiries, including account administration, software troubleshooting, and platform guidance.
Proactively monitor systems: Perform health checks, schedule maintenance, and execute upgrades to minimize downtime.
Be the go-to problem-solver: Provide urgent on-call support during non-business hours to resolve critical issues.
Adapt and excel: Tackle ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift dynamically.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in any field – we value skills and mindset over specific degrees!
1+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk roles, or customer-facing technical support
Tech-savvy troubleshooting: Comfortable diagnosing software and platform issues.
Language skills: Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) to liaise with teams and clients globally.
Precision under pressure: You thrive in high-stakes scenarios and deliver accurate solutions fast.
Ownership mindset: You don’t just close tickets – you ensure issues stay resolved.
Collaborative spirit: A team player who communicates clearly with colleagues and customers.
Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations.
