Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handling of air freight operations & e-commerce shipments inquiries
• Full set document handling and shipment arrangements
• Coordination between carriers, co-loader and vendors
• To coordinate and support air export / import operation, sales section as per standard operation procedures
• To follow up data processing & related documentations for air export / import shipments
• To perform other duties assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• F5/DSE or above
• Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience in the E-commerce operations of freight forwarding industry
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese with general skills in English
• A good team player, responsible, self-motivated and independent
• Shift duty is required
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
