Operations Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Officer to join our team at Unigra' S.P.A.'. This is a full-time position based in the Wong Tai Sin District. As Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our organisation, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning.

What you'll be doing

• Customer Order Processing (Primary)

  -        Respond to customer order requests and complete order entry and data maintenance via ERP systems (e.g. SAP & local business system)

  -        Ensure accuracy of order pricing, quantities, and synchronize inventory in SAP.

  -        Generate delivery notes, invoices, and other documents, closing the process loop in SAP.

  -        Provide supporting to customer other requests.

• Cross-system collaboration & data management

  -        Lead real-time data synchronization between SAP and local business system.

• Warehouse Coordination

  -        Collaborate with the warehouse for daily order processing

  -        Assist the Logistics Manager in inventory management

  -        Assist in regular warehouse stocktaking

• Delivery Arrangement

  -        Allocate delivery team and generate instructions based on delivery schedules and regions.

• Import Customs Clearance Processing
• Logistics Documentation and Filing

• Sales Support

  -Sampling and sample data entry

  -Document support for product information and factory certification

  -Accounting/ payment status update & entry

• Other ad-hoc Tasks

What we're looking for

• Candidate with experiences in Order processing, Logistics, Customer Service, Operation will be an advantage
• Organized, attention to details, precision, deadline-oriented, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Word Processing).
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
• SAP/ERP experiences are preferred.

• Good in English and Cantonese

  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible, deadline-oriented, multi-tasking
  • A MUST: Honesty, Integrity
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
• Immediate available is preferred
