Operations Manager (Station in Shenzhen)

Job Responsibilities

• In-charge of manufacturing operations including production, quality as well as equipment & facilities maintenance.
• Oversee product production and deliveries to meet on-time shipments.
• Manage different departments/teams to problem solve technical issues
• Communicate with customers and handle complaints & recovery plan.
• Report on production quality issues and make proposals for improvements.
• Report to Managing Director

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 15-year experience in plastic injection operations.
• Knowledge and experience in precision plastic molding and mold making.
• Well-practiced in ISO Quality System.
• Strong management and communication skill, problem solving, analytical and decision making
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• Station in Bao'an District, Shenzhen (深圳市寶安區)
