Operations Manager (Retail)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the shops operations including the products, staff performance, shop environment, and logistics to achieve company objectives and targets.
• Participate in implementing POS system & support marketing & promotion.
• To design store operation policies and standards for effective management and controls.
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business management or related discipline.
• 8 years or above retail operations experience in floral, household products or FMCG of which 4 years have to be at supervisory level. 
• Have strong leadership skill in building up sales target & maintaining excellent service standard 
• Energetic, independent with self-initiative, excellent communication & people management skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word processing.
• Possesses the following traits or competencies: self-motivated, initiative, team-spirit, polite, accountability, cheerful, patient and willing to learn.
• Have the same philosophy and values with the company “to serve customers from heart".
• Candidates will less experience will be considered as Retail Shop Manager.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Location and Time

• Prince Edward Flower Market / 9:30-18:30 (5 days work week)
